    Hello Ka,

    If you have tried the free version, that is not integrated with multivendor (only the Premium versions are integrated). If you have tried it from the live demo, you can activate the plugin integration from multivendor panel, once you entered the backend you can find it under "plugins".
    The vendor can chat from his backend dashboard, you will find the chat console there. A chat operator must be connected on it to make the vendor appear online.

    On the vendor menu will appear a YITH Live Chat item. Into this section it's possible to access to the chat console, to chat logs and offline messages.

    Hi Reinier,

    At the moment this is not possible,  however from the next plugin release the chat templates will be overridable from the theme so you can customize as you like. however these modification may slow down the chat loading.
