    good but an app would make it greatThis is a basic plugin but works well. it would be great to have an app together with it, so everything is immediately accessible on mobile, that would make it the best live chat plugin for wp ever!

    Absolutely the best product for free chat apps inside wp. I have tried zopim, intercom and several others, but I am the kind of person who likes to stay inside the shop while working in it, so this suits perfectly for my needs!

    good support and a good pluginIt's a good plugin that could be integrated with multiple marketplace plugins. Simple and easy to use after configuration. I had issues with firebase and got great support from yith.

    Hi, David! If you want to open the chat popup from a link, you can follow the procedure you can find in the official documentation. If you need to hide the button and manage the chat only from the link, you can use the following CSS .chat-chat-btn{display:none !important;}.
