    6 days since ticket creation still nothingThis plugin removes checkout page translation on my site.

    16 June 08:39 Me: When the plugin is active, the translations disappear.
    16 June 09:02 Plugin Support: Please give us your credentials.
    16 June 09:57 Me: Here you go.
    18 June 10:30 Plugin Support: I cannot login.
    18 June 10:34 Me: Please retry thank you.

      we are very sorry for the inconvenience occurred with the updated tickets. Unfortunately, the support platform puts the ticket in the queue when replied before receiving our answer. Since we are aware this may cause unpleasant situations, there is a note added to the form to notify and recommend to not update tickets while waiting for our reply. The main problem with the updates is due to the fact that, when the ticket goes back in the queue, our support developers can't see it as they follow the submitting order.

      That said, we do sincerely apologize for being someway the reason for your disappointment. We think it is essential to give a good support service to our customers and we work on improving this goal on a daily basis. We know every ticket is an urgency and always do our best to reply and fix the issue reported as soon as possible. So, we are very sorry this wasn't possible with you although it didn't depend on our shortcoming. We will certainly pay more attention to the "updated tickets" matter and, if possible, will improve this issue to prevent both our customers and us from similar situations.

    Hello Tim,

    No, this is not possible. The plugin lets the admin add fields to billing and shipping address or common order fields, but none these can modify the order products or total.

    Answered by the admin Hi there, the plugin does not add the checkbox as pre-checked by default. If an extra billing/shipping address is added, it will work exactly like the other fields, so it might happen to be pre-checked if the customer has marked it in a previous order or from "edit billing/shipping address" section in my account, but it does not appear as pre-set by default. Anyway, those fields don't need to be GDPR compliant because they are strictly related to an address. "Pre-checked" checkboxes are not allowed by the GDPR whenever they are about customer giving explicit consent, like checkboxes for terms and conditions or for privacy policy.
