What fields can be included in the coupon email?

Fields included in the coupon email change according to what you have filled in during the creation of your coupon. The ones you have filled in will be reported in the coupon (such as expiry date, products to which the coupon applies, etc.), so, if you complete all of them, you will find them all.

Can I set conditions for the coupon to be sent or not like the purchase amount, products that were purchased and so on?

Yes, you can set conditions for your coupon that will be then sent only if one of them is fulfilled.

How does the coupon system for customer birthday work? Do I have to create the field for the date of birth? Or is it automatically created by the plugin?

The plugin provides the field that you can add to the registration form and in WooCommerce My Account page.

Can the use of one coupon code only be enabled so that if I run promotions, customers can't go and use two coupons at a time?

Yes, to do it, you need to enable the option Individual use only both in the coupons created on WooCommerce and the automatic ones. In this way, the customers can use the coupons only individually.

Are the coupons generated automatically? Can they be fixed and single-use?

Yes, the coupons are generated automatically. However, you can select those you want to be enabled/disabled for the sending and configure them according to your needs.
New user registration, first order, order threshold, and spent amount threshold are fixed coupons which can be received only once. However, the coupon is linked to the customer's email so no one can use it unless their email address has been added to that coupon.

Does this plugin offer any opt-in checkbox for the emails?

Yes, you can decide to allow your users to accept or reject coupons via email by enabling the option Allow customers to accept or reject coupons.
