In the “Vendors’ permissions” section, you will find multiple options to set usage rules for your vendors. For example, you can make sure that vendors can only publish a certain number of products, choose whether or not they can generate coupons, manage reviews and more.
These options allow you to always keep control on what your vendors are allowed to do while selling their products in your shop.

Set a global commission rate for all your vendors and choose whether to calculate the commission out of the regular price of the product or the sale price. You can also decide who will get paid taxes (the admin or the vendor) and override the global commission rate by setting a new rate for specific vendors.

Choose how to pay your vendors’ commissions

You can pay your vendors’ commissions manually (e.g. with bank transfers or by issuing payments through PayPal) or you can integrate a payment gateway like PayPal Payouts, Stripe Connect or Account Funds to automate the payouts. By installing any of these plugins, you can also automatically credit the commissions during the checkout process, so when the order is paid and completed, the vendors’ commissions will be automatically paid, in real time.



Let your vendors handle temporary closures of their own shops (due to vacation, sickness, etc.)

Thanks to the built-in “Vendor vacation” module, every vendor will be able to temporarily close his/her own shop and show a notice to inform customers about the reason, the re-opening date and more. If you enable the dedicated option, a “Report abuse” link will be shown on every product page so users can click on it, add their personal data and explain the reason for the report. Reports can be easily monitored as they are saved in a table visible to the admin in the backend.

Create dynamic messages to show on the vendors’ dashboards

An additional new module included in version 4.0 is the “Announcements” one, where the admin can create custom messages to display on the dashboard of every vendor, of specific vendors, or of those vendors that meet specific requirements.
Thanks to the multiple available options, it is possible, for example, to show a notice only on John Doe’s vendor dashboard and a different notice on the dashboard of all vendors with a certain number of sales or a total sales income; you can also show a custom message only on the dashboard of “featured” or reported vendors, and so on.

YITH PayPal Payouts for WooCommerce

YITH PayPal Payouts for WooCommerce allows you to send payments automatically to multiple receivers. The payments are calculated based on a percent commission you set for each receiver and applies to all orders of your store.

If installed with YITH Multi Vendor you’ll be able to issue the payments to the right vendors automatically. The amount is set in the vendor commission settings and it restricts to the vendors’ products only.

YITH Product Shipping for WooCommerce

YITH Product Shipping allows the admin to create more complex shipping rules and costs for the various products of the shop. For example, you can add a different cost by state or weight.

If used with YITH Multi Vendor, also your vendors will be able to add extra shipping rules on their own products, and the shipping costs will be entirely credited to the vendor.

YITH WooCommerce Product Size Charts allows showing a size chart on one or more products of your shop and giving further information about the selected product to your users.

Thanks to the integration with YITH WooCommerce Multi vendor, each vendor can create their own size charts and link them to one or more of their products at a later moment.

YITH Stripe Connect for WooCommerce

YITH Stripe Connect for WooCommerce allows splitting your store earnings with your business partners immediately and automatically.

The integration with Multi Vendor allows the admin to split the price of one or more products between the vendor and the admin immediately after the checkout and based on the commission rate that you’ve agreed with them.

YITH WooCommerce Account Funds

YITH Account Funds allows all users to have a virtual wallet on your website. They can deposit an amount there in advance and use this credit to purchase from your store and prevent any issue with the transaction when they are ready to buy.

The integration with YITH Account Funds allows you to send vendors’ payouts to their digital wallet, by simply crediting the amount as account funds.

Additionally, if you combine YITH Multi Vendor with YITH Account Funds and YITH PayPal Payouts, your vendors can accumulate their commissions in their digital wallet and get them paid at a later stage through PayPal.

Thanks to YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote you can hide the Cart button and price and let your users ask for a quote for one or more products. Once the request is received, you can process your offer and send it via email. Users can accept the offer and will be automatically redirected to the cart and finalize the purchase at the agreed price.

Thanks to its integration with Multi Vendor, the request will be automatically forwarded to the right vendor. The global administrator will receive the request only for products that do not belong to any vendor.

YITH WooCommerce Role Based Prices

With YITH WooCommerce Role Based Prices you can dynamically increase or decrease the price of your products based on the user role.

When used with YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor, also vendors can create role-based price rules that will only affect their own products.

YITH WooCommerce SMS Notifications

YITH WooCommerce SMS Notifications allows you to automatically send SMS texts to admin and users, to communicate when the order status changes.

When used with YITH Multi Vendor, also vendors can choose to be notified by SMS text and on which order status.

YITH WooCommerce Subscription allows you to sell products or services on a subscription basis and automatically manage recurring payments.

When used with YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor, vendor commissions will be generated also on renewal orders.

    Horrible Plugin - Do not buyNot one, but there are SEVERAL MAJOR ISSUES with the YITH Multi-vendor plugin.

    1) It creates Sub-orders for every order, messing up the entire core of Woocommerce database, breaking third-party integrations and messing reporting data.
    2) It's almost impossible to Uninstall properly and remove all the sub-order mess the plugin creates.
    3) The support has not been helpful as much even though they responded promptly.

To pay the commissions automatically you must use YITH Stripe Connect, YITH PayPal Payouts or YITH Account Funds.

Is it possible for the vendors to print their shipping lists and invoices?

Yes, it is possible by using the plugin in combination with YITH WooCommerce PDF Invoice and Shipping List.

Is it possible to set a limit to the products that vendors can add/sell?

Yes, from the plugin settings, you can set the maximum number of products that vendors can publish. This is a global setting that applies to all the vendors. On the contrary, if you want to limit the number of products by single vendors, you can use YITH WooCommerce Membership in order to create membership plans with different product limits and assign the plan to the related vendor. Can vendors add products only from the backend or also from the frontend?

Vendors can add and manage their products from the backend through their reserved area. Yet, it is possible to let them manage products from the frontend by integrating YITH Frontend Manager.

How are orders for multiple vendors handled?

Every time a new order is generated, the vendor receives an email with a list of the products purchased.

Additionally, if you enable vendors to manage orders, every vendor will be able to see and process a suborder with his/her products. The admin will see an order with all products and the related vendors' suborders. For more details about the order management, please, refer to this page.

Is it possible to pay commissions by bank transfer? If so, where can vendors enter their account details?

Vendors can enter their bank account information in their profile settings. The admin can see this info in the vendor's details too, filter commissions by vendor in the Commissions tab, issue a bank transfer of the total amount, and then mark the commissions as paid.
