    Great toolThe plugin works well, has nice features and quality support. Yet, sometimes support cannot help with some customizations. It would be nice if you could offer a full-width solution even for customizations!

    Hi Jason! Our plugin is integrated with YITH Custom Order Status only at the moment. This integration allows using placeholders to show order tracking data in emails sent via YITH Custom Order Status.

    Hi Geoffrey! The plugin doesn't support Aliexpress Standard Shipping yet, but we can add it via support ticket without any additional cost. You only need to send our developers the carrier's site URL and a valid tracking code even if expired.

    If the carrier you are looking for is not included in the list, once you have the premium version of our plugin, you could submit a ticket in our support platform, specifying the carrier’s name and URL and valid tracking code(even if expired). We will release an update with the new carrier in the list as soon as we can.
