Great for customers but not for adminThis plugin is great for the customers but not really admin-friendly because it's not easy to answer to the questions from the back end.

We're not using the Woo tabs. Is there a way to include your plugin on our custom product details page layout?

Yes, you can use the shortcode included in the plugin that you can check out here. Just consider that it only works on product pages.

Do you include some tool to prevent spam?

Yes, the plugin includes the Google reCaptcha, that could help you to stop the spam in the site. Moreover, it includes an integration with the Akismet plugin so you can install it and the spam will stop.

Does it support product variations?

No, unfortunately, the plugin does not support product variation. The Q&A section is activated on a product basis, so, if it's a variable product, Q&As will refer to the entire product and not to its variations.

Is there a search function for questions, and can you filter questions by certain tags or categories?

No, there is no search filter on the frontend for the user. The admin, however, can search questions and answers from the backend.

How does this plugin work with WPML? For example, do I see a question in Dutch only on the Dutch version of the product page or also on the English version? This would create duplicate content and is not so good for SEO.

If you create a Q&A in the Dutch version of the product the Q&A will be only for this version of the product. If you add a Q&A in the Dutch product, this Q&A will not appear in the English version because they are different products.

Is there functionality for people to upload a file (specifically a picture) with their question?

No, unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible.

Can you limit answers to administrators only? I don't want anyone (including my competitors) to be able to answer the questions.

No, you cannot limit answers to the administrator only, but you can enable a review system for all answers and reply, so the admin can check any new question and/or reply before it is shown on the page.

Is there a way to sort questions from newest to oldest?

Yes, by default, questions are sorted from the newest to the oldest, so no problem at all.

Could you turn on/off the plugin per product? That way people can only ask questions on some products, not on all products.

Yes, you can do this if you also have YITH Woocommerce Tab Manager, because with that plugin you can create a custom tab for a specific product or category and there is a tab where you can use "shortcodes" (and Yith Woocommerce Questions and Answer has its own shortcode).

Is it possible to allow only the admin to reply to questions?

Yes, this is possible by enabling the related option available in the plugin settings.
