Decent plugin , poor support.I purchased this plugin because it was already integrated in Woocommerce and offered a convenient button and shortcode option. However, my experience with it has been less than satisfactory.
The biggest issue lies with YITH support. Despite purchasing two different licenses, their support team seems to have become confused. When I reached out for help with a plugin compatibility issue specific to PHP 8.1+, they informed me that my licenses had expired and I was no longer eligible for support. This is simply not true, as I have two licenses, one of which is still valid.
I'm incredibly disappointed with the level of support I received, and I do not believe that YITH deserves the $99 renewal fee or any further business. This is the only YITH plugin I have used, and based on my experience, I will be avoiding their plugins in the future.
Overall, I cannot recommend this plugin or the support provided by YITH. It's simply not worth it.
