    Works for the customer but not the business ownerThe plugin allows the customer to select which item should go to which shipping address. However when you are preparing the order for shipment, the items appear at the top and the addresses at the bottom (this view is even shown in one of the screen shots under documentation for this plugin). So there is no way to tell which item you need to shop to which address without reaching out to your customer to clarification which negates the entire purpose of the plugin. You also can't create shipping labels for each of the items within the order without some workarounds (create another order manually or create a new shipping label and change the address manually each time as the different addresses don't load only the first one). I have disabled my auto-renew and need to find an alternative before the busy holiday season.

      As shown by our developers in charge of your support ticket, and also in the documentation, the plugin displays the item and its quantity below the address, and not the opposite. Our technical team requested to create a staging site so they will be able to make further tests to investigate possible conflicts and keep helping you with the issue you are experiencing. We are surprised to hear you gave up on our plugin while trying to find a solution. About shipping labels, our plugin has never managed them, yet, as suggested by our developers, you can integrate the tool you are using with customization.

    Purchased a year a go and the plugin didn't work. Tried again a year later to find the same results and to get assistance to fix the issue takes a week before anything is even started. Asked for a refund and said no. Refusing to issue a refund.

Can guest users benefit from multiple shipping addresses feature?

Yes. If you want guest users to be able to add and manage different shipping addresses, you must enable the option Allow guest users.

Can customers manage their shipping addresses directly from their My account page?

Yes, they can edit, delete and add their shipping addresses both from My account page and the Checkout page.

Can the same product be shipped to different addresses?

Yes, of course! Users can choose to ship to different shipping addresses when adding two or more of the same product to the cart. The product can be split by the quantity to be sent to different addresses.

How do customers choose which shipping address they want to use?

If they want to ship everything to the same address, they can simply use the standard checkout and enter their address, or they can enable the Multiple shipping option and pick the right address from the list.
