Can I save carts of guest users as well?

Yes, you can do it by enabling the Enable guest option. This way, you can save carts of guest users as long as they have entered their email addresses during the checkout process. If they don't add an email address, their carts can't be saved as there would be no way of contacting them.

Can I limit coupons only to users who have abandoned carts?

Yes, you can limit the use of coupons to those users who have an abandoned cart registered on Active Campaign by enabling the dedicated option you can find in the Usage restriction tab of WooCommerce coupons.

Do you support Deep Data?

Yes, the plugin includes support for Deep Data and the option to sync your store with AC.

Can I send campaigns, or edit email layouts from your plugin?

No, our plugin is only meant to subscribe users and create targeted segments.

Can I use subscription forms defined on the Active Campaign dashboard?
