How can I preview the created email template?

There is a "Preview Template" button that shows an email preview. Furthermore, you can send this preview email to a real email address in the Email Template settings. To create a template you should go to the Email Templates menu > New Email Template; on the bottom you can find the Preview Template button and the Test Email field to send the preview to a real email address.

Can I add my own template to the layout?

No that is not possible. You can only customize our email templates by changing colors, page width, border radius, header and footer logos, font size, order detail table style, social icons, footer text, and so on.

How do I disable ''Powered by WooCommerce'' at the bottom of the email template?

That is a WooCommerce setting. In order to edit or remove the text, you need to go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Email -> Footer Text.

Does this plugin work on mobile devices?

Yes, the plugin works on mobile devices too.

What is the suggested size for the thumbnails?

The plugin uses the standard WooCommerce email thumbnail size, that is 32x32.

Yes, in order to modify the text you need to override the template of each email. Overriding templates is an easy customization, and it can be done by following this guide. You can also add a custom text in the email footer.

Can I change the logo and add a banner at the end?

The logo can be inserted both in the header and in the footer. The logos can be different: if you want to add a banner at the end, you can use the footer logo. As an alternative, you can insert an HTML text in the footer and add a banner to it.

Can the plugin modify the phrase "HTML email template"?

“HTML email template” is only the title of the preview. The title of the email sent to users can be set in WooCommerce (Email Heading) settings.

Can I edit the content of WooCommerce emails?

No, the plugin does not allow editing the content, but only stylizing emails. Yet, if you want to edit the content of WooCommerce emails, you can refer to this page.
