During last week we’ve completed the import of the old forum topics into this new platform.
Now you can search through your theme forum for similar issues, streamlining the support process.
We have decided also to give write access to single themes forums, as it was in the old forum. The only difference will be that our staff will not be monitoring this forums, so if you have something really important to ask, please submit a ticket.
We will leave the community forum opened so you’ll be able to ask questions and discuss with all the community.
This is the last step: with this we’ve completed the transfer to the new platform.
It wasn’t easy: we didn’t expected the massive overload of requests due to the old forums closure, and this prevented us to reply tickets in time.
Some tickets were replied after 5 days. We are really sorry about this. But now we’re working hard to reply to all opened requests that have accumulated in these weeks and restore the 24 hours to reply policy. Even better: we’re working to lower this first reply time and give you the best experience possible on yithemes.
We also set up a Twitter account (@yithemes): if you haven’t still done, please follow us. We will use it to send news about upcoming themes, announcements and status updates in case of problems from now on.
