In order to improve our support quality and customers’ satisfaction we are moving to a new support platform. This will allow us to avoid late responses to our customers and other issues experienced during the last few months.
As soon as the new platform will be enabled current forum will switch to a read-only format. You will not be able to reply topics already opened or create new ones.
Once we activate the new platform, if you have not yet resolved topics in the old forum, you are invited to open a new ticket in the new platform. In order to improve our support please attach the old link to the new ticket.
Login and registration will remain the same. Just register a new account or login in our website to be automatically registered even within the new platform support.
The activation of themes purchased on Theme Forest will be transferred into a new page. The procedure will remain the same. You simply need to enter the Item Purchase Code provided by Theme Forest and choose the product to activate it from the list.
