How does it work with variable products?

It has the standard behavior. The customer selects the product variation then clicks on the one-click checkout button and the order will be placed with the selected variation.

Is it possible to automatically use the payment information of the last order when using the one-click button?

The button uses the billing and shipping addresses set for the customer. If the customer has already purchased a product, the plugin will use the same data. Yet, before clicking on the one-click button, it is possible to choose a different shipping address or add a new one.

What are the payment methods supported by the plugin?

The plugin works with all payment methods supported by WooCommerce, however, the automatic payment process which skips cart and checkout steps is only available by using our YITH Stripe plugin.
With other payment gateways, customers can create an order using the one-click feature, then they will be redirected to the payment page.

Is the "one-click purchase" option available for guests? Or does it show only to logged users?

The plugin has the Activate for guests option that allows redirecting guest users to the Checkout page after clicking on the button. The order can’t be directly created for guest users without going to the Checkout page since there is no billing/shipping data stored.
