Recent research shows that about 4 trillion dollars of goods were abandoned in carts during 2015 by e-commerce users. What’s interesting is that more than the 60% of these carts can be perfectly recovered and transformed into purchases. YITH WooCommerce Recovered Abandoned Cart will just do that: it will help you convert these abandoned carts in purchase orders.
Persuade the users of your site to complete the purchase they left suspended.
Many are the reasons that drive users to abandon their carts: the absence of immediate capital, or maybe a sudden distraction that lets you forget what you were doing. Luckily, with some tailored solutions YITH WooCommerce Recovered Abandoned Cart can help you remind your customers what they left and encourage them to complete their purchase process.
Firstly, creating a loyalizing system, and sending coupons or customized emails to make your user come back. For those unregistered guests, if they write their email address during the purchase process, you will be free to contact them with a small reminder of what they still have in their cart.
Moreover, if your e-commerce site is visited by many customers of different countries, you will also be able to set the sending of an automatic email in the related language.

AOH LORD. I got to tell you that your response has pretty much sealed the deal that i won't be proceeding with the purchase of your plugin but you really should read this (before you delete it) and test for yourself because your current customers deserve it.
Do you really think all i did was go in, change the timezone, change it back and magically assume it would send emails??? After telling me to do EXACTLY what i did to test it, did you even go in and test it??? I bet a license, you did NOT!
So i bet you a license that if you go in and test it with another timezone like New York, the emails WILL NOT go out for fresh abandoned carts until aprox 5 hours later(depending timezone). But hell you don't even have to wait that long. Set it to send emails within 5 mins and you will see they do not get sent. Change it back to UTC and i again bet the emails will be sent within 1 min.
So up to you really, you made up my mind for me and my money will go somewhere else. Test it, don't test but your current customer will figure it out soon. And i pray and hope i shouldn't have given you a step by step on how to test it and someone competent will be able to do so.
