no, the plugin does not create accounts for vendors, each seller has to create his/her own account. Yet, the plugin, if used with YITH Multi Vendor, gives each vendor the possibility to connect his/her own account, so they can be paid.

if you want the payment to go automatically to their vendors, they have to connect a Stripe or a PayPal account, it's an essential requirement. To do that, you can either integrate it with our YITH Stripe Connect plugin or with YITH PayPal Payouts.
As an alternative, if you don't want your vendors to connect any account, you could always consider paying commissions manually, as explained on this page of the plugin documentation.
unfortunately, there is no "Cascading" option for refunds at the moment. This is why, we suggest that commissions are credited after a reasonable span of time, that spares you the trouble of any possible issues with refunds.
