    Great supportThe plugin suited my needs almost perfectly but it lacked a couple of features. I contacted the support and they actually tailored the plugin so that now I have everything I wanted. I'm very impressed by the support and can't thank them enough!

    In general lines is a good plugin but I think a good improvement would be allow sort by date or by thematic, is very helpful

    great job!I am amazed by the simplicity of this ticket system. Simplicity doesn't necessarily mean it lacks features. On the contrary, it is a complete tool that can be easily used by anyone. I think about YITH as an oxymoron: they reflect a "rich simplicity" from pre-sale customer service to post-purchase technical assistance. Congrats!

    A Thanks for your reply. 1) Im unable to edit the ticket details from order page, do you have any screenshot showing how? 2) Do you have any plugin that has been tested with this Event Ticket system which is developed by YITH?

    Hi, Ansar! The last version 1.1.7, released on January 30th, doesn't load PDF and HTML ticket on the email confirmation to prevent spam emails. Now the PDF creation must be checked before sending the email.

    Answered by the admin Hi Eloy, thanks to the combined use of Event Tickets and Deposits and Down Payments plugin, you can let your users pay only a deposit for the conference and they pay the rest later. Yes, customers will be emailed about the balance they have to pay and can see their order history (both deposits and balance orders) in My Account page, with details of the amount to be paid. Take a look at this page to see how it would look like.

    The fields for each Event Tickets are the same for all potential customers. A customer can't customize the fields available, but you can ask a generic question on Event Form like 'Suggestions, Opinions, etc...'

    Hello Nik,

    The screenshots are made, based on an older version. We are going to remove them, therefore the answer given before is correct. However if you submit a support ticket the developers can add a line to the order confirmation email, mentioning that the ticket is attached.
